The Property was excellent , the booking.com reservation did not work and the property had no record of the booking , which had been paid in full on the booking.com site, the guest had to pay again. the double payment not resolved , the customer support is robotic , so there is a challenge ,such a pity as my guest always said online bookings are not for them , and i assured them all ok. So they will not book again this way or let me do so.

Food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing, and served under two ancient boababs. Just stunning! Regardless of load shedding, the facility had made every effort to keep it comfortable and functional when the power goes off. Thanks again for a wonderful time.
