This family-run lodge offers a health spa, an eco-friendly swimming pool and unique accommodation with private verandas and jungle views. It is set next to the Macal River, in a private rainforest reserve.

The Lodge at Chaa Creek was spectacular and a perfect place to stay in the rainforest of Belize. The staff were SO helpful from the moment I booked the trip (via lots of email communication to plan outings, etc) and through our entire stay. The setting there is beautiful and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. We would highly recommend staying here on all fronts!

The place is great and very quiet. The children loved the pool. The restaurant near the pool serves great dishes. I forgot a towel in the room. I found out when back home. It was easy to recover the towel and get it sent home. I would like to thank the hotel people again for this! I will very likely come back to this hotel in the future.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Food and drinks were good and quite reasonable considering it is a resort. Karaoke with the Saturday night crowd in the covered swimming pool and bar area was a wonderful, noisy, tone-deaf blast! We actually booked an extra night for less than online prices directly with the front desk. We were having too much fun and wanted to see some more things in the area.

The resort itself was very pretty with a hidden jungle feel - secluded from outside. Lots of foliage and birds everywhere. When we encountered staff, they were pleasant face to face. The room was spacious and had a nice view. Nicely decorated.

Staff were amazing and were very helpful. #1 thing about this resort was the surroundings. It was an experience waking up in the middle of the jungle watching and hearing colorful birds, seeing monkeys by the bar, etc. The pool was a great treat as well!

The property is stunning, nestled between the botanical gardens and the Macal River. The landscaping is gorgeous and the facilities were great. I stayed for 3 days and did not leave the resort. The all inclusive package makes it easy, the food was superb. Staff was wonderful. Laid back atmosphere yet felt high class. Massages were great. Rooms 1-3 will have wifi as they’re next to reception building. The new pool is amazing.
