We were placed on 4th floor and one of my parent has severe limitations in mobility and unable to climb stairs. They offered to “upgrade” room to sister resort but charged $50 extra which we paid. In the end, the room was not an upgrade. If anything, it was worse than the original room. We were told it has a balcony with a view and the room did not have a balcony.
