Отель гарний! Територія велика дуже гарне розташування відразу після басейну пляж Малікиї !!! Не треба як сусідам з Хілтона до пляжа 10 -15 хвилин пішки шкандибати під солнцем. Нові корпуса дуже комфортні! Їжа смачна і різноманітна: Мясо, риба, супи, морепродукти смачні! Для дітей теж всого вистачає. Риф з двох сторін гарний і дуже насичений рибами, для малечі аквапарк ! Тож круто готелю 5 і персоналу респект!

We loved Marsa Alam and we loved Brayka Bay! Across the board the staff is extraordinarily kind, attentive, thoughtful, and warm hearted, from the Front desk to the Diving Shop, the dining room, the bar, the beach staff, housekeeping, even the gardeners. You feel like a treasured guest. The staff is happy and joyful — such a great vibe there. I left my glasses on the beach, when I returned to look for them, and one of the attendants saw me looking and came right over. Told me they had my glasses and went and got them for me. So nice! The dining room staff is also especially helpful, considerate, and super aware of what is happening and what you need. There is a woman who cooks bread over an open fire, so delicious and she was so kind as were the chefs and kitchen staff. Many options of things to do at Brayka Bay. Incredibly relaxing. Our room was fantastic with a lovely view. We were on the second floor, right next to the bay. Also, check out Adventure Safari, they have an office right off the lobby. Diaa is brilliant, incredibly knowledgeable and a fantastic communicator — he knows about Egyptology, geology, archeology, astronomy, a great blend of history and science. He has terrific tours and we were luck enough to do a desert safari with him. We learned soooo much, it gave us great context and a wonderful foundation for the history we learned about Egypt. We loved the stargazing and the visit and dinner with a local family. He also does overnight trips in the desert, snorkeling, and diving trips. We would definitely come back to Brayka Bay Reef Resort! We loved our time there. Also, the massages were great! We had not stayed at an all inclusive before, but it was a fantastic experience! When we arrived it was just before lunch, and the front desk informed us we could go eat and that meals are available from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Every detail seems to have been thought through with the goal of ensuring you have a excellent experience!

Review I would like to share my fantastic experience with all those people who have not yet been to this wonderful place. The location of the property is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport, the services are extraordinary, nothing is missing, free wi-fi, extraordinary cuisine that satisfies all the tastes of the various guests from all over the world. Unexpected holiday that far exceeded expectations. My extremely positive comment is especially for those who work within the structure who know how to make the stay very familiar. I therefore thank the general manager Atef Osman, an exemplary leader attentive to the satisfaction of his customers. special thanks to the factotum Mahmoud, an exceptional guy who accompanied us throughout the holiday. Thank you thank you thank you Mahmoud. In every resort there should be a person like Mahmoud who does not abandon his guests and was an important link that united us guests with the structure. All the staff work with a smile, happy and transmit their serenity to their customers too. I thank the two chefs Ahmed and Osman who are always ready to cook with all their commitment and ability, bringing out delicious dishes from the kitchen. The kitchen manager Ahmed Ali was a fantastic, unique person and above all very good at his job. I had the opportunity to meet equally special people like Wafe who monitored everything in the pool with a careful eye, Wael who accompanied us to the wonderful Italian restaurant Dolce Vita, Hassan, Abanou b, Beshoy, Alaa all excellent waiters and staff of the structure. With these people the holiday was extraordinary. The spacious, clean rooms, all with balconies or outdoor spaces facing the sea or swimming pools. Pools with warm and clean water, fun slides, very engaging and pleasant entertainment and above all a pier that leads to a wonderful coral reef. Three corners Happy Life is a guarantee in everything. One word to sum it all up: EXCELLENT

The house reef is insane and price/quality ratio, this hotel is great! Highly recommend this place if you want to have an all-inclusive experience and be near a great place to snorkel (and dive)!

Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍

From the moment of check-in to the taxi bringing us to the airport, the staff was extremely accommodating and did everything to make our stay amazing! The restaurant is good and the additional a-la-carte options are nice to mix it up a bit. The staff around the pool areas are very nice and friendly and provide you with great service during the day (Thank you Ahmed and Mohamed). The beach nearby has some really good snorkeling and the sunrise Moto Safari (quad bikes) is a great way to explore the dessert. Spa facilities are lovely, both my partner and I enjoyed the professional massages here. Would definitely recommend!

This resort is wonderful. We had one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Everything is brand new. The room was beautiful, offering privileged views of the sea that you can enjoy from the very cozy balcony. The bed was very large and comfortable. In the restaurant, besides serving breakfast in the morning, you can also have lunch and dinner. The waiter who attended to us every day was very cordial and attentive. The pools are huge, with water slides that I recommend trying! The beach area (such a beautiful sea) has hammocks with umbrellas, as well as a meeting area with a shop and chairs where you can see the best sunsets. The reception staff made our experience incredible, with lots of details that never ceased to amaze us and that we gladly accepted. They took great care to make our stay spectacular.

Якість їжи та напоїв краще ніж у багатьох інших готелях Єгипту. Привітний персонал, готовий допомогти. Хороше розташування, хоч це і не бухта, тільки пару разів був червоний прапор на пляжі за 2 тижні в лютому. В сусідньому готелі було більш вітряно. Хороший риф, багато різноманітних риб, є черепаха. Цей готель більш підходить для пар та компаній, аквапарку немає, розваг для дітей не багато. Абсолютно фантастичний Головний менеджер Ібрагім. Його можно було зустіти повсюди, постійно цікавився умовами, сервісом та побажаннями відпочіваючих. І головне - дійсно відкритий для поліпшення роботи готелю. Я вказала на невеликий недолік нашого номеру і він тут же надав нам номер вищої категорії безкоштовно. Я вважаю, що цей готель заслуговує на 5*.
