The staff are amazing, very friendly. The Gym is superb with a pool view and high end equipment. The pool is really nice as well. The construction around the hotel didn't bother us much. 5 minute walk to Montazah gate. The close by lake is beautiful for night or morning walks.

Mr. Khaled and the staff were very accommodating and friendly! The service as a whole was excellent! I would definitely book this hotel again when I visit Alexandria. The direct beach access and the music and activities at the pool were great and created such a fun atmosphere. We thank Mr. Khaled for his hospitality and making our stay great!!!
