Amazing stay at the end of season. Staff was vert good - we have got an upgraded room and it was available 4 hours earlier than check-in, so our vacation started early. It had amazing view from room and good choice of food. Nature around was big plus as we have enjoyed plenty of walks as well as visited all 4 beaches nearby.

I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. We took the family room. It was clean and very spacious. Large variety of food. There were several pools and the sea was quite calm. We had nice yoga and pilates session in the morning. People very friendly. Perfect hotel for family with kids.

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.
