The kindness of the stuff, the food (the chef created marvelous and very taste Cretan food), the wonderful room, the beach, spa, the tours arrangement, the cleaning ladies. They made everything to be easy and friendly. The reception helped us to stay an extra day. My husband and I had a very good time. We definitively will go back to Kiani on our next trip to Crete.

Bus station to Chania is a few steps away The hotel has 2 beaches, both are sandy & amazing The personnel - everyone is nice and helpful 2 pools outside and one inside (heated) Elevator in the building Pool bar - you can take your drink to the beach Got beach towels and sunbeds with umbrella You can literally feel a sense of calmness there
