The hotel overlooks Petra, with a nice view at sunset. Dinner and breakfast buffets were exceptional. The staff is super friendly. Everyone was very nice, especially Sahar. The pool area is so nice, spacious and clean. The room very comfortable. And they offer free shuttle to Petra and back.

The staff and the service were excellent! Alaa at the reception was welcoming and made us feel like family. She sent chocolates up to our room because the trip was a graduation present to my daughter. The concierge Waleed helped us book our tickets to the amazing experience Petra by night. The chocolate hour waiter Suhaib was so sweet and thoughtful, he made us feel special. Thank you for all the fun and memories.
