We found this place after a bit of a research and it met our expectations way over the bar. The hosts are the most refined people I've met and they are always available to help in a nice distance. The room was with a very nice comfortable bed and very good shower system. We also brought breakfast which was homemade by them and tastes really good and healthy. They offer a map which helped us to cover all the important places in the ancient city and still had time to chill next to a lake. They also offered us a very quick laundry service. It was very relaxing and productive holiday because of this resort. Looking forward to visit again someday!

I loved everything second of my stay there and cannot recommend them and their place enough. First, you have them, the hosts. Kalum does everything for his guests and wants to provide with the best he knows. Will go far far beyond to assure you have the perfect stay and experience Anuradhapura to the fullest. He took everywhere he thought I might enjoy, and along the way, we would have really meaningful talks. If it wasn’t for Kalum my experience in Anuradhapura wouldn’t have been half as good. On the other hand, Nadika, an amazing cooker with the brightest smile. She made different foods every meal just to ensure I would try as much variety while I was staying there. True sri lankan food! She always explained each plate and would even put less spice for me, while I was getting used to it. Their place is also just amazing! I immediately felt at home. So so many beautiful plants, fish, and furniture. The room had everything I needed, was super clean and comfortable. And lastly, lovely Muffy. A loving dog that was so well taken care of. I feel so happy and grateful to have stayed there. Recommend it to everyone who wants an immersive sri lankan experience, along with the most genuine, humble and kind humans you’ll ever find.

Amazing place never I had seen Anuradhapura area.can be seen five STHUPA on the roof top. and Also can be seen beautiful sun rising over the Tissawewa tank.

We absolutely loved this property. From the minute we arrived the family were smiling and helpful & greeted us with a lovely juice. The room was exceptionally spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfy. Aircon was also great. The family seemed to go out of their way to please. Location is perfect, very quiet & just a 5 min walk to town and about 10 mins to the base of Mihithale steps leading up to the beautiful temple. If this property is available - just book it!

Rooms are really big, nice lobby room as well. Breakfast was really luxury. Also nice swimming pool. But the very best was our host Sanjaya Kumara, good recommendation of diners to eat or spots for sightseeing, he spoiled our son as well with treats!

This is a really nice place. The rooms are clean and comfortable room. delicious breakfast :) The AC and WiFi are good. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and they provide an excellent... I recommend this comfortable place for your stay in Anuradhapura.

This is my second visit to this hotel.absolutely great service with fresh welcome. Nice people and respectful. Meals were great . Front desk people are really helpful and friendly 🔥. Keep it up guys. I will come again after few months.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. We spontaneously booked an extra night because we immediately felt at home. Mr. Hiran even served us breakfast and dinner on our terrace with a view of the garden. He was very helpful. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Close to the center and yet very quiet.
