We spent five nights at the LUX Grand Gaube. When we first arrived, we had the pleasure of being welcomed by kind employees who handled our check-in while we relaxed with a proper coffee in the waiting area. We didn't have to stand in line, and the check-in procedure was extremely leisurely. When you enter the hall, the view of the sea is really breathtaking, and the check-in personnel is outstanding. The facilities (SPA, Fitness, Pool Area, Restaurants and the beach) are super clean and staff is always available. If you want you can participate in many different activities during the day but also in the evening. It was the first time that only 5 days felt like 14 days as we were so relaxed. The room was cleaned two times per day and was very comfortable. We were staying at the adults only area, and it felt like a private beach and very relaxing. The activities offered were very enjoyable (Qi Gong classes, ping pong, paddle tennis classes, wake-board and all of these complimentary). We also had the chance to enjoy the Wellness Junior suite package which allowed us to enjoy even more the spa and massages. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay amazing and unforgettable, even until our check-out at 4am with a lovely take away breakfast prepared.

The food was exceptional with plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and very helpful. During a cyclone they delivered our meals to the room, all in recycled containers.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes walking from the supermarket Super U and shopping centre. The beach is within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and they've just upgraded their wifi during my stay so there was fast connection throughout. Housekeeping daily and 24hr security.

The check-in process was efficient, and I was pleased to find that my room preferences had been thoughtfully accommodated. Speaking of the room, it was a haven of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly remarkable. I appreciated the cleanliness and the overall ambiance that made me feel right at home. The dining experience at Casa Florida Hotel was equally impressive. The culinary offerings were both delicious and beautifully presented. The location of your hotel, with its convenient access to local attractions and landmarks, was another highlight of my stay. It made exploring the city a breeze. However, I have a suggestion that could further enhance the guest experience. I noticed that there was no shatafa (bidet spray) in the toilet, which is a feature I've found to be quite useful during my travels. Installing shatafas in the bathrooms could be a valuable addition that would align with modern hygiene standards and enhance guest comfort. We stayed at this hotel for 12 days for a family trip, the hotel itself is not too big but is very welcoming, just opposite the beach and it's spotless. The breakfast hasn't got a huge variety but they put a lot of attention, they will prepare omelets, pancakes, fried eggs on the go, and fresh fruit juice. The swimming pool is very quiet and great for relaxing with an amazing jacuzzi, Spa area, and gym. The rooms are really big with AC units, really comfy beds and pillows. There are not many curtains but a great way to wake up early to start the day. The bathroom is massive with lots of space, we were lucky to also have a small balcony. They also offer free parking next to the hotel and it has camera 24/7, so you know you can leave your car there without a problem. Also, you have a supermarket close by very convenient, and a Western Union, with a good exchange rate just outside the hotel. The Staff here is amazing from Thapa who helped us even before we got there, to the receptionist Zahir who also helped us with any need we had during our stay. Must also mention all the staff in the dining room and cleaning, who made our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

So far our best hotel experience, we enjoyed our staying very much. Great food, amazing cocktails, all inclusive is a must. Great and comfy bed, very clean rooms. Water sports are included in a price, glass bottom boat included.

The welcome, all the staff make you feel at ease as if you were at home. The facility is fantastic and great for relaxation. the room is bellssima, waking up at the crack of dawn looking out onto the balcony and seeing that paradise has no equal

on the mont choisy beach so could not ask for more as this is a beach with the turquoise water. staff offered us an early check in at 11am even though we just wanted to leave our bags. They did well to be very attentive to my younger kids.
