from the arrival to the resoert we were handled with extra care and was upgraded to better viewing room, the room view was fabulous, the resort it self was very beautiful and well arranged. the breakfast area and food was diverse and delicious, the dinner buffet was something special with new experience every night. the resort location and beach is something magical , I would recommend this place for couples , relaxing stay, was the highlight of my stay out of 3 resort

The breakfast was exceptional so was the beach where the hotel is situated. All of the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome every day we stayed. The complimentary access to the water sports facilities was a nice surprise. We mostly dined at the hotel provided that the nearest find dinining restaurant was a 40 min drive and the food at each restaurant we tried was absolutely delicious. The beach bar staff was also very helpful and tentative

We had the perfect stay at Heritage Le Telfair ; Absolutely everything was perfect, especially our host Melvin who made sure we had the best experience possible. The restaurants were great - outstanding food, service, selection, drinks and atmosphere. There is so many bars and restaurants and places to hang out during the day, we didn't even leave our hotel within the 5 days we were there (and that is saying something for me, as I always need to be on the go!)

All inclusive with three à la carte restaurants and one buffet. Food was amazingly delicious. You can choose from Indian, Italian, seafood and standard cuisine. Great people work there. They are very helpful, kind, funny and professional. Never been in hotel with so great stuff. There are so many activities you can do free of charge, that you actually don’t have to go out. The gardens between buildings are just gorgeous. I felt as if I was in jungle all the time. The beach, view again amazing. Hotel is located in area of endemic part of island. For me it’s was my the best holidays I have ever had.
