The hotel and property were terrific; they were among the best I have ever stayed in. The rooms were excellent and well, and the staff aimed to please. The food was out of this world. The buffet was one of the best I have ever been to. From the fresh fish daily to the fresh tacos.

First of all, I would like to start recommended this resort. From the personalized attention, and the details of all the staff, which includes the front desk, housekeeping, waitresses and waiters. Courtesy, smiling faces, and well-mannered were always the attitude of each of them. The food was exquisite from the BLoves restaurant, Privileged Package, to the options of differents restaurants such as the buffet for breakfast, La Palapa; the restaurant specializing in meat, and the other in pastas, La Toscana. The desserts in all restaurants were tasty and the attention was no less. I cannot deny that at the beginning I was somewhat predisposed because I had been reading some feedbacks concerning the tastelessness of meals, but fortunately, in our case, it was not like that. Today, I can tell you that my days were unique and beautiful on. Yes, it was my first trip to Mexico where I was celebrating many things with my boyfriend, our anniversary, my graduation, and of course, vacation time; and where if you really want to have a moment of total tranquility, with the perfect harmony and full of love, Catalonia Royal Tulum adults only, is the ideal and perfect place.

My stay at Barceló was exceptional. I read the comments before going, and I can say that they exceeded my expectations. -Beach: It was great. It had white sand and not a lot of waves. It is excellent if you go with children or want to chill out. The palm trees are plentiful and protect you from the sun. The beach has a part filled with rocks where a lot of fish swim by, so it is perfect for snorkelling. -Room: Very comfortable, the room's temperature was great, and the cleaning of the room was always on point. I appreciate the detail of the bath rope and shoes. -Food: Everything I ate at the buffet was perfect, and the Spanish night there was also very good. The food was exquisite, and the service in Santa Fe was excellent. I had the opportunity to visit Capri and Santa Fe restaurants, which were terrific. -Activities: The all-inclusive package offers a lot. The non-motorized water sports are included in the package. My husband and I did some kayaking and paddle boarding; it was great. The night shows were well-produced and entertaining; they were very professional. -Installations: I enjoyed the Jaguar Disco and walking at Plaza Mexicana and the mall. All installations are very well-designed and maintained. -Service: I think this one is significant. My plane arrived early, and even though the check-in was not until 3:30 pm I could check in at noon. I left my bags at the reception and started enjoying the hotel. Similarly, as my plane departed very late, I did the check-out at 11:00 am, but they gave me a pass until 4:30 pm to keep accessing all the installations, food and drinks. I appreciate the extra showers and changing room. They were spotless and easy to use, and they included towels. I think this is excellent, as you can enjoy the beach and pool after checking out.

All the rooms have pool, they have the nicest staff we've seen in Cancun, nice alcohol (Jack Daniel's, black label, bacardi, aperol, etc)

The resort was an amazing place for our getaway. Great food, wonderful service and delightful people! We loved the daily volleyball games in the pool and getting to know other travelers!
