The childrens' pool was exceptional. We stayed the evening as we were in Tulum, staying in Playacar. The beach was the best of our 15 day trip as we travelled to various areas. From Breakfast til late night room service the foods offered were varied and Delicious. The servers themselves were charming and all smiles to the guests, went the extra mile to please and committed to guest pleasant stay. The morning wait staff taught me Spanish! The grounds are kept beautiful and felt safe constantly seeing staff on the grounds.

All around excellent stay. Great service, facilities, food, drinks. Everything at the resort was exactly how I would have expected it for an all-inclusive stay. The staff were the absolute best, incredibly helpful and friendly.
