The rest was great: nice and high quality food, lots of drinks, comfy rooms (with USB sockets at the bed), clean pools, clean and nice beach, great for making memorable pictures. You also can rent a car or book an activity right in the lobby, super convenient.

The childrens' pool was exceptional. We stayed the evening as we were in Tulum, staying in Playacar. The beach was the best of our 15 day trip as we travelled to various areas. It was very clean and clear water. The food was exceptional and the room was spacious. Thank you. Hoping we can stay again in the future.

All the rooms have pool, they have the nicest staff we've seen in Cancun, nice alcohol (Jack Daniel's, black label, bacardi, aperol, etc)

From Breakfast til late night room service the foods offered were varied and Delicious. The servers themselves were charming and all smiles to the guests, went the extra mile to please and committed to guest pleasant stay. The morning wait staff taught me Spanish! The grounds are kept beautiful and felt safe constantly seeing staff on the grounds.
