I like the location, its just right below the awana sky station; the hub of the public transport, the premium outlet, and the cable car going uphill to Genting Highland. I also like the scenery from my room, the hotel really accommodate my request for high floor. The foods at the hotel also superb.

Kudos to the Front Office Staff (I think, the one in the small office that i didnt get her name) and all of the cafe staff first of all, they were great!! Felt Welcomed and suprisingly the place is just lovely, although the property is hard to maintain but i hope the owner keeps on the good work! It is such a beautiful concept and trust me 10 Years in the hotel industry, this place is simple with a tinge of Japanese Vibes :D. + Point for the onsen! My Fiance loved the place so much we stayed and lazed in the room basically on one of the nights :D. P.S Food is a Delight there! Worth it.

The food, the free upgrade, the pool,The staff the grounds, and the manager, all first rate. We are plain common people and we're treated like royalty. I even called my mate princess the whole time. I hope yo come back to malaysia again and if I do, the Chateau will certainly be on my agenda.
