Staff is amazingly kind and professional. Facilities are always clean. Management and every one were very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Beach, view, and restaurants are incredible. Special Thanks to the GM Renan Astolpho, and Front Desk Manager Ashley Hagins for their professionalism, and courteousness. Also, Chef Hassan Ahmed and His assistant Mohamed Alsayed for their accommodations and always meeting our requests. Very friendly staff. I especially appreciated the waiters from my home country Ethiopia as they were very helpful, polite and always ready to assist. We had a great Christmas Celebration and we could see the effort that went into preparing for the evening festivities.
