Staff is amazingly kind and professional. Facilities are always clean. Management and every one were very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Beach, view, and restaurants are incredible. Special Thanks to the GM Renan Astolpho, and Front Desk Manager Ashley Hagins for their professionalism, and courteousness. Also, Chef Hassan Ahmed and His assistant Mohamed Alsayed for their accommodations and always meeting our requests. I don't think i can say any thing bad about any one there, and i am sure many will be missed, but wanted to thank those we dealt with the most: Buggy Drivers: Vincent and Immanuel House Keeping: Bertina Alphonse, who is very thorough and always made our villa smells like heaven Kanal Cafe: Fabrina and The shisha person, the bar tender unfortunately forgot their name, Kevin Louise and Keven Leone Our favorite SPA TherapistsL Melissa and Elirose Front desk: Jospeh, Ashraf, and Sobhi.

Staff were very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. the beach towels are available all the time at the reception.we had early check out, they made sure to provide the breakfast the previous night itself.

The hosts are very kind and helpful, there's access to the washing machine, and a garden with tortoise. The shop is just opposite of the resort, as well as a pharmacy, and there's a great take out nearby. 25min walk to most beautiful beaches!

The staff at the resort was excellent from reception to the staff at the resturant for breakfast. They even packed an excursion breakfast when I had early days outside breakfast hours. They always made us feel welcome and even helped with my bags . The pool was amazing and open until late hours with the water temperature being very reasonable.

The room was very nice with a huge balcony. The staff were friendly and helped us with our needs. Shower facilities are also available after the check out. The breakfast and dinner buffet were changing daily and the food was delicious. There is only one common pool located next to the restaurant area with lot of comfortable side beds where to lay and enjoy the sun.
