The room was clean and with a very fresh smell. We visited the complex out of season during the Easter holidays and we were pleasantly surprised to see eggs out on the balcony for every room as a compliment from the host. The mattresses are very comfortable and you will sleep like a baby. The windows won't open, but that wasn't an issue for us. The temperature in the room was excellent.

The 3-star Alfaresort Palace Chiflika is located in the heart of the Central Balkan, in Chiflik Village, 20 km from Troyan. Everything was fine. The food was excellent. The SPA and swimming pool was perfect.
