Sirenian Bay Resort -Villas & All Inclusive Bungalows has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and garden in Placencia Village. Every meal was very, very good. Chicken cordon bleu, lobster tails, conch chowder, buffalo wings, all were outstanding. Staff was exceptional service oriented and attentive; and one thing very notable was cleanliness of the facility. The resort was very relaxing and mostly quiet, some children did come about half way through our stay and they were just kids being kids. The resort provided travel to/from town and to/from local airport. Putt putt golf course is fun, a high quality activity available on site. The owners clearly take pride in this facility and it shows.

Located in Placencia Village, Ocean Breeze offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Placencia Beach and provides various facilities, such as free bikes, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Ocean Breeze is an incredible location right on the sidewalk close to all the restaurants, bars, dive shops. The hotel has its own bar on the beach, which makes it very unique - this was a really fun place to hang out in the afternoons and meet other guests and locals/expats. The bar closes at 7pm so it isn't noisy at night. The rooms were fantastic with AC, a kitchenette and netflix. We actually came back here a week after our first stay we enjoyed it so much.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Naïa Resort and Spa offers accommodation in Placencia Village. Breakfast and location are a delight. Staff is extremely accomodating, special attention was paid to us especially in keeping us in our room when there was a discrepancy on availabilty.

Offering an outdoor pool and a seafront restaurant, Mariposa Belize Beach Resort is located right on the beach in Placencia. Staff was amazing ready at any moment to respond to questions and requests. Beautiful location right on the beach, grounds were immaculate. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Appreciated the complimentary bikes kayaks and paddle boards.

Offering an outdoor pool and a spa, Turtle Inn is located on a private beach in Placencia, Belize. Each cottage and villa has a balcony with garden, pool or sea views. This was as good as it gets. Incredibly friendly and personable staff who wanted to go above and beyond at all times to be helpful without being overbearing or sycophantic (shout out to Jonny and Xavier in particular). The rooms were exquisitely decorated, spacious and comfortable. There were multiple swimming pools and direct access to the sea, free paddleboards, bikes, kayaks. The food was amazing albeit pricey, but it all fell into the luxury category that the Turtle Inn embodies. Pro tip - utilise the drinks happy hour each day from 4-6pm!

With a restaurant and a pristine beach area, Thatch Caye Resort is located on a private island in Dangriga. This incredible resort offers guests on-site dive facilities and kayaks to explore the area.... Simply Paradise. Honestly this place exceeded our expectations. From the start we were greeted by the friendly pickup team who supplied a much needed cold beer. Arriving at the island we were stunned by the beauty and how well maintained it is. All the staff were excellent, especially the receptionist, extremely funny and helpful and the chef who crafted us some amazing meals. Our overwater cabana was exactly what it looked like online. just beautiful waking up over the ocean with a sunrise. Aircon, clean, well equipped, comfortable bed and good bathroom. There is a bar, many spots to chill and games should you get bored with relaxing in paradise.

Umaya Resort & Adventures is located on the beachfront in Maya Beach, just a 20-minute drive from Placencia. Everything!! So clean and the staff was so accommodating and nice! The food & drinks were excellent

Jaguar Reef Lodge & Spa is located right on Belize’s beautiful coral reef in Hopkins. It offers quick beach access, plus 2 outdoor swimming pools and an on-site restaurant. Excellent. The village breakfast was fantastic along with the servers

The hotel has a private beach area in the Hopkins Bay Beach and it is 3 km away from the town centre. It features free Wi-Fi, an extensive garden and a furnished terrace with 2 swimming pools. Waking up to the sun rise,sea breeze and the view of the Caribbean sea were surely relaxing. We enjoyed that it felt like home rather than a hotel room.

Located in Maya Beach and with Maya Beach reachable within a few steps, Ceiba Beach Resort provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. Upon arrival Kyle made us feel welcome and at home. Kyle was extremely informative, accommodating, and his many years in hospitality is clearly an asset to this resort. My husband and I would go back and stay again here when visiting placencia belize.
