The staff was always very helpful and once they realized that it was my birthday they sent a birthday cake to the room! The hotel vibes, the views and the low season made this vacation very special!

Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh located on the second line with access to a private beach at Albatros Sharm and based on All-Inclusive concept. Aqua Park very good, staff are very nice especially Mr. Zeki was asking about us and he cleaned my room in very clean way. Cleanliness in general in all hotel is very nice. Smell of the plants is wonderful. The meal was good but needs a little bit more flavor.

Credit to Mr Abo for his accompany and problem serving attitude in my first night of arrival. Credit to Mr Ahmed in Basilico and Greek restaurant for his fast response and kind service . Also, credit to Mr Mohamed in French restaurant for his passionate enegrtic server team . I like every server guys hard working attitudes with their passion. Situated on a beach overlooking Temple Reef, this all-inclusive resort has spacious rooms with a balcony. The hotel is very well maintained with beautiful gardens, despite the hotel being huge everywhere we could found attendants taking care or supporting in any case. The beach is wonderful, where we could dive easily. Besides the beach, there are places such as aquapark, soccer field, pools where the kids can play.
