El Grand Mercure Petra ofrece vistas espectaculares al valle del Gran Rift. One of the kindest and made my heart smile in multiple ways. Actually it’s a birthday but everyone value me from Ahmed, Belal, the ladies at the morning breakfast then the restaurant morning Manager (sorry I don’t remember his name) . I feel like a princess at this point. Initially my reservation was 08/31 but once I got here they managed to get me situated so I’m beyond thrilled and thankful. Khaleed the pm manager at the restaurant made sure I got my picture at the stand and stay late so I can order dinner

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to Petra site and the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the mountains The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also has a nice pool, a gym, and a spa, where I enjoyed relaxing after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Petra.
