Set in Wadi Musa, in a building dating from the 1800s, The Old Village Hotel & Resort offers an outdoor swimming pool and guestrooms with free WiFi. The hotel overlooks Petra, with a nice view at sunset. Dinner and breakfast buffets were exceptional. The staff is super friendly. Everyone was very nice, especially Sahar. The pool area is so nice, spacious and clean. The room very comfortable. And they offer free shuttle to Petra and back.

Our kids were crying when we left the place.

The hotel buildings are amazing, unlike any other hotel. The views of the valley are also stunning. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Offering a spectacular view over Great Rift Valley, Grand Mercure Petra features, free Wi-Fi in all areas, a great indoor pool and lovely outdoor terrace, just a 10-minute drive from Petra. One of the kindest and made my heart smile in multiple ways. Actually it’s a birthday but everyone value me from Ahmed, Belal, the ladies at the morning breakfast then the restaurant morning Manager (sorry I don’t remember his name) . I feel like a princess at this point. Initially my reservation was 08/31 but once I got here they managed to get me situated so I’m beyond thrilled and thankful. Khaleed the pm manager at the restaurant made sure I got my picture at the stand and stay late so I can order dinner

I stayed at the Movenpick petra and I had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to Petra site and the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the mountains The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also has a nice pool, a gym, and a spa, where I enjoyed relaxing after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Petra.
