Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

Set in Omachi, 12.2 km from Kurobe Dam, ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon has a garden. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The location is in Omachi town, secluded with nice surrounding area. About 30 minutes drive from Hakuba ski resorts. The onsen with outdoor view is superb & a must try! Breakfast is okay, I've been to other hotel with much variety but this hotel serve a nice one.

The location is absolutely stellar, a beautiful lakeside spot. Located in the Kamikochi mountain resort, Kamikochi Lemeiesta Hotel features indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and spacious Western-style rooms with views of Mount Roppyaku. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Clean, calm and the service is exceptional. The included breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the spa is a lovely place to relax. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel like stargazing equipment, a coffee machine and a little snack bar.
