Impeccable manners, outstanding customer service. I have never come across such attentive, responsive, smart, kind and dutiful individuals. They made our stay truly memorable. I thank them all individually and a heartfelt thanks to Chadi Khoury; a kind human being and brilliant at customer interface and organizing his staff.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and how they were flexible to fix any little issue that arised. I also loved the view a lot!
