And the pool? Simply a dreamy oasis. At their restaurant, each dish is a culinary masterpiece, with flavors so authentic, you can taste the richness of every spice. A little tip: if you prefer milder flavors, do request them to tone down the spices. My stay was made even more memorable by the trips we took. The Galla Fort exudes historical charm, the tea trip was an enlightening journey into the world of tea-making, and the Kollaghan Lake was a visual feast with its picturesque islands, lively birds, playful monkeys, and yes, we even spotted a crocodile! Very quiet and peaceful located steps to the beach. I could hear the waves at all times which is very soothing to me. The bed is super comfortable and the room spotless. I also loved the beanbag chairs outside the rooms.

The host is exceptionally good. He supported us in all queries and plans we had. The room is very big and has everything one can wish. The host even has a generator to cover power outages. The breakfast. This is something else. You know these fancy restaurants where you order a menu with 5 courses and every course is something interesting you have never heard before? So, breakfast at Temple Tree is a Sri Lankas version of that. Every day we got served something new and so much that we even packed it for lunch.

Tutto. Sono 20 giorni che giriamo lo Sri Lanka e questo è stato il miglior hotel che abbiamo incontrato sul nostro cammino. Personale gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Camera PULITA, lo scrivo grande perché non è affatto scontato. Sistemazione comoda, acqua calda e balcone comodo per asciugare gli asciugamani del mare e bere qualcosa al fresco. Vorrei dargli molto di più. Aggiungo che mi dispiace averci passato solo una notte, purtroppo avevo già un altra prenotazione che se potevo avrei cancellato volentieri. Super consigliato.

This incredible property is one of the few to be situated right on the beach, with all the rooms overlooking the sea. Everything about this small hotel is wonderful! The swimming pool, also overlooking the ocean, has ample space to relax; and their restaurant has to be the best in the area. Everything we ate was delicious! We stayed for 4 nights and could happily have stayed longer. There is a natural tidal pool within easy walk and I had at least one turtle join me every time I swam there. My husband surfed right outside! No need for jumping into a tuk tuk to search for waves. Jamu surf hostel is just 2 roads away where daily drop in yoga classes are offered. Oh and best of all…the staff! So very friendly and helpful! All in all, a phenomenal stay!

The location is so beautiful! You can go for a swim in the gorgeous waterfall by the property. The couple who run it are so nice and friendly. I did the rainforest tour organized through the owner and it was such a good tour, the guide was amazing. Food was delicious and the room and bathroom were so clean!

This place helps you to unfold the true unimaginable vacation in Sri Lanka, and I will remember it vividly.

Located within 700 metres of Weligama Beach and 30 km of Galle International Cricket Stadium in Weligama, Kosi Giggles Resort features accommodation with seating area. Siamo stati accolti con un grande sorriso, un succo di mango e dei buonissimi pancake con il cocco. La famiglia che ci ha ospitato è stata molto gentile e si è resa disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza, anche per accompagnarci alla stazione. La struttura è immersa nel verde, proprio sulla sponda del fiume dove viene servita un ottima colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di affittare uno scooter, anche se la struttura è molto vicina alla spiaggia principale e hanno anche la disponibilità di un tuk tuk per i diversi spostamenti.
