The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious with beautiful ocean views, and the staff is really friendly and always ready to offer any service you want. The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.

This place is so serene. It was so clean and although the housekeepers were on top of everything, they were never in your way. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.

Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.
