Overlooking Batu Feringgi Beach, Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang offers spacious rooms surrounded by 30 acres of tropical gardens. Incredible service, staff is kind and helpful. The location is great and the spa was incredible! The complimentary afternoon tea and cocktail with the rasa wing booking was way better than what we imagined. And there’s even a doctor available which saved our trip when I got sick one day. We will definitely book again should we visit Penang once more.

I loved everything about this hotel. This was truly a 5* experience and kudos to the well trained, professional and kind staff. The tourism and hospitality industry has taken a hit after Covid but I am so happy that I didn't feel that here. Housekeeping - top class. Nothing to fault. Excellent breakfast The pool area, beach, and general facilities were great, exceeded my expectations. Hands down, one of the best hotels in Penang and whilst the location might seem a bit off, it is NOT. Go for it, it will not disappoint. The rooms are amazing.
