Couple own and run this small resort, it is so adjusted to the atmosphere that you feel really adopted here during your stay. We were lucky to book and to stay there. We were swimming, having drinks by the pool, music was great, snorkeling around the coral reef, they have all the necessary equipment for diving and snorkeling... Architecture and design of the resort is amazing, we like it very much!

Boasting beachfront villas with stunning ocean views, Eratap Beach Resort offers free WiFi, free cooked gourmet breakfast and free use of water sports equipment, including kayaks and both snorkeling and surfing equipment. There is a day spa, restaurant, lounge bar and an outdoor pool. Also available at the resort is a fully-equipped fitness centre, tennis court and shop. The entire staff was fantastic. Most of them live in the nearby Eratap village and take great pride in their work. Pascal, the manager, was fantastic. When Vanuatu Airlines never put our luggage on the plane ( along with 41 other pieces) she was quick to followup with the airline and arrange for a ride to the airport to pick up our Luggage. If you are flying to Vanuatu- Fly any airline but Air Vanuatu. We had boarding passes to Fiji for our return flight. When we got to the airport, we found out the flight was cancelled with no notice. They put us up at a local hotel for the night, ( after 3 hours of dealing with their service desk)squeezed us on the next day flight - I’m sure someone else got bumped off, and never paid for the extra 2 nights we had to pay for because we had missed our connecting flight that only goes 3X per week.

Free Kayaks, snorkelling equipment, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles are provided. There is a salt-water swimming pool, spa and both free WiFi in public areas and continental breakfast are included. We had the MOST incredible experience at Paradise Cove. From the moment we arrived, greeted by owner Constance and shuffled quickly to happy hour, we knew it was going to be amazing. Staff amazing. Food exceptional, like the best I have ever had on a tropical island. Vilas were comfortable and cleaned promptly every day. Water sports gear all clean and available. Awesome cocktails. Did I mention the food? OMG, honestly, I had the Melanesian Fish Salad every single day for lunch. Tried everything else at dinner time. Breakfast was fresh, fabulous and made to order. Massie and Edna were our favourite hosts - they looked after us so well, incredibly kind, amazing service. They treated our 14-year-old daughter like part of the family. I will go back to this incredible piece of paradise again and again. It will become a tradition as it was so special and exceeded our expectations and then some. Constance and Marc who manage and own the resort, are visible every day, friendly and so welcoming - we felt part of the family from the moment we arrived. We had Christmas day there and shared with guests we’d never met before and it was incredible. The food, the beverages, and the conversation. We feel so lucky to have stumbled across this amazing place and we will return. Thank you so much to the team at Paradise Cove...you have created something very special. Kathryn, Jeremy, Leila and Maysie.

To everyone I highly recommend this intimate hotel for those who need peace and quiet and want to get away from resorts full of tourists. There is a great atmosphere here because of the staff, we felt as if we were in a large family. Very smiling, friendly and helpful people. For us especially helpful was Nicolas everything we asked for he helped us to organize from a private tour to diving. Nikolas once again we thank you very much😀. The hotel takes great care of the gardens which are very well maintained. But still I wanted to thank the theoretically invisible that is the cooks for five weeks of our trip around Australia and Oceania in Tamanu was the best cuisine every time we ordered something different and every time the dish surprised us with quality and taste. We thank you beautifully for this wonderful stay.

The food was yummy and such a luxury to have breakfast lunch and dinner cooked for you. Maddie and Finn were very welcoming and friendly and gave us plenty of advice on what to do. Would highly recommend a visit.

Suitable to my needs. Practical and self-catering. Good price. Friendly, family type service when resort extras and prices weren’t wanted. Allowed independence as have lived in PV before.
The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming. The resort was quiet, picturesque and well catered for
Hosts Chris and Flavia were great. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are located in an area where there are a number of other resorts and at times you could hear music coming from the other places, but otherwise lovely and quiet. It was walking distance to a few restaurants and buses into town were easily accessible from the end of the driveway. The kitchen was well equipped with enough to self-cater if you want.
Unbelievable location right on the reef. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Plenty to do at the resort or on day trips around the island.
The staff, hands down the most genuine people I’ve ever come across at a resort
This is a beautiful 5 star resort. Amazing location on the beach, beautiful villas, helpful and kind staff. Our two bedroom villa with pool was enormous and very comfortable. The service was spot on. The restaurant has a big menu and the food was delicious. It was a very special place and we had a wonderful time.
it was beautiful resort, the food was great. it is located a fair way from the town, but it has a beautiful beach/view.
From the start, this is obviously not a resort, nor a luxury stay. But if you’re looking for the best place in Port Vila to have a relaxed, budget friendly “home base”, this is it. And Beth was simply amazing, answering my too many questions instantly and saving my trip by taking me to the airport on my departure day when the transfer car didn’t show up.
Our room, the food in the resorts restaurant and staff were outstanding. Every staff member we spoke to always had a smile and did their best to provide to any of our requests... We would recommend this holiday to any body who would like to simply chill by the sea :)
every aspect was just great - snorkelling, excursions (Blue Cave, Yakel custom village, giant banyan tree), staff, food, grounds, view, rooms - really top resort. we’d stayed at the ‘Volcanic Hideway Tree House’ at Mt Yasur to see the volcano and the luxury of the resort was a perfect complement to the tree house in a traditional Vanuatu village in sight of the volcano. recommend the combination.
