We loved the staff - they always provided great customer service. They were always very helpful. They were so good to us. We were well looked after indeed. We loved, the facilities and location - what an amazing place to stay. It's perfect place to really unwind and get away from the business off life. We loved, our room (Waterfront villa. We had the most beautiful view of the water. We loved watching the sun set and rise. We also loved the chef!!! Lol Every meal we had was delicious. We loved every single bit of our stay. We wish we stayed longer.

We were initially put in one of the hotel rooms but then upgraded to a cabin round the green lawn, which was a big improvement - more space and a lot more scenic! Nice big comfortable bed. Two buffet evening meals were very nice - one barbecue, the second Mexican. Lovely sunsets. Reasonable snorkelling (but we've been spoilt in other places!). Very friendly staff, especially Sanjay the Food and Beverage manager, who kept everything in the restaurant working smoothly. Happy to join the Sunday service in the chapel.

Este complejo de lujo está situado frente a una magnífica laguna rodeada de arrecifes de coral. Great locally owned and run resort. Great location and super friendly staff. Its a smaller resort with a great look and feel to it. Great for a quick visit to Manono island.

El Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort se encuentra en 0,9 km² de jardines tropicales y cuenta con piscina de tipo laguna y spa de día. We enjoyed our stay primarily from the friendly, helpful and responsible staff of the entire hotel. Excellent breakfast, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, room cleaning, magnificent garden, spa, excellent beach, they organized a transfer for us at our request. We would recommend this hotel for a holiday. Major renovations are underway in one building of the hotel, but this does not interfere with your vacation.
