The location of the hotel is superb! There is just a 5-minute walk to enter China town on the first floor of the Dubai mall. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were so polite and tried their best to meet your expectations. The room was designed in modern fashion and had a balcony with Khalifa Tower. At night, there was also an exhilarating experience to see the fountain dancing with light from the balcony.

QatarNothing to say. But if necessary - you need to wait for the elevator for quite some time. Kids room is not the best - but to be honest while staying with my child, we used it only once, as there are plenty of play areas in the mall.
Location, location and location. It's conveniently connected to Dubai Mall. However, the property itself is amazing, very stylish, and with breathtaking views on Burj Khalifa. Rooms and nicely designed, thus it's comfortable to stay both alone and with kids. Nice and all necessary amenities. Good breakfast and exceptionally great food for the club lounge.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. It was our first time in Dubai and everything was amazing. All the staff were kind and respectful and we never lacked anything. The hotel is close to everything we needed and the direct link to Dubai Mall was perfection as we could grab dinner easily and if we needed extra things. Our room directly faced Burj Khalifa and we were amazed every time we went on the balcony or looked outside. Buffet breakfast was delicious and well cooked. I wish we could stay longer. Thank you all for making our time in Dubai memorable.
