What we dont like is our view from the window😅 we all we can see us the construction site and some of the things inside of our room are not working, lampshade, coffee maker. But the rest are okay..

Hotel not have any transparency, sauna was complimentary and once I wanted to use Steam room they told me to pay 400AED which is more than even the room rate! I had to go back to the room and carry towels. No chair at the sauna for rest even they don’t provide water I found this is not safe to use. Curtains doesn’t have blackout, the sunlight wake me up even I wanted to sleep more. Hard pillow. I had to call for slippers Better to look around for good deals!

But for the fact that this is a luxury hotel, there was a flimsy coffee machine inside the rooms. No Nespresso etc. Spa is overpriced. You have to pay to use certain facilities that would usually be free.

Staff forgot to put my luggage in the car, we thought that it's already inside, then we left the hotel. When we called the hotel they said that you should inform us to take it to your car !!! I have given the ticket to them it's not my job to do the coordination between the team. I went to many hotels and never faced a similar issue once they take your luggage down to lobby and they bring the car, they take automatically your luggage to your car but here none did it. Paying for such luxury services and experiencing this problem without any apology or cooperation to solve the issue from the staff and being blamed for that was very disappointing for us.
