Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaThe morning breakfast, there was only less spread compared to four point Sheraton.
To be honest the break fast was not good when compared to Four point Sheraton, which is located just opposite to gevora. They have so many spreads and the food was much better. Also the level 43 in the Sheraton was opened to everyone who stay in the hotel, while in gevora we need to give a deposit of AED 100 which can be use there. The rooms and location are good need to improve more spreads in the breakfast According to my opinion i love staying in Four point Sheraton compared with Gevora.

UkraineOne day a hotel employee came in the middle of the night, waking us up because they had some error occurred in system during check-in, although we had already stayed at the hotel for two days. This moment was not very pleasant, but overall everything was fine.
The hotel and staff were very friendly and nice, tasty food, good location and amazing view from the window on the night city.

SpainAs everyone says, there are not enough elevators to get to the rooms and sometimes it takes 10-15 min to move around.
Obviously the hotel is amazing because of it’s height. The rooms are not expensive for what you recieve. I asked for a high floor room and they comply with it. The personal was amazing with me. I had to call reception because If you want to exit the balcony you must sign a paper in case an accident happens. Ajay, an amazing worker came and we had a great conversation. He was so professional, kind-hearted and polite with me. Thank you Ajay. Also Sohab in reception had great manners and was very welcoming with all guests. The views of the swimming pool are astonishing.

United States of AmericaI stayed for 7 days, and the elevators were an issue. One of them did not work for 6 days, so you literally had to squeeze yourself in the elevator available. It took so long to go up or down since the elevators were all full of guests or workers. I kept on asking for a solution, and the employees' answers were, "I just work here." No manager was available.
The location was great and also a great view.

United KingdomThe chaos with so few lifts for so many floors with so many people. Don't expect to get where you want to go in a hurry.

IsraelThe elevators are a madness. 3 elevators for 41 floors is insane. Had to wait like 15 minutes to go down, and like 5 minutes into the elevator with tons of people, and stopping in each floor.
The size of the rooms is good. The Staff is really servicial and kind.
