To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesThe smell of the cups when i went for the open buffet smelled bad. I even changed my cup and the result was the same. Also when we were sleeping there was a lot of door slamming which didnt give us the most quiet sleep! But everything else was amazing!

I had booked an offer where amusement Park tickets were included in my package.When I checked in,the guy said that he would print me the amusement parks anytime I wanted after I had done thcheck-in The next day, when I went and checked out,he directly said that I had to speak directly to booking.com as they booked thus offer for me.I guess the change in attitude was because I was checking out. Then I ended up calling booking com, and they again asked me to go back to the hotel reception, and they would print me the tickets.I again went and finally got my tickets after soo much inconvenience due to the horrible attitude of the reception staff and misguiding me.. I don't want to name the staff, though I know his name, but I would request booking com to look into this issue and make sure it's not repeated. Ps:The girl at the reception for the same hotel was very sweet and helpful to get this issue sorted for me.
Overall all the facilities of the hotel were good clean rooms,clean pool,good breakfast

United KingdomThe hotel does a good breakfast but you have to go to the next door hotel (same owners) for anything else. Had a mediocre lunch there one day but the evening buffet was very good. There is also no shops around but it is just a five minute taxi ride to Yas Island Mall which has everything.
Great location close to the airport but very quiet though I imagine it wouldn’t be during Formula 1 Grand Prixweek as you overlook the racetrack.
