Amazing property, so nice and cozy rooms. Great value for the money! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great! This hotel exceeded all my expectations!

I would prefer if more napkins/wipes and trash cans were distributed in the room.

The suite was soo specious with 2 bathrooms, which was nice.

- Location was honestly a bit too far from where we wanted to go daily. Taxi's were plentiful but the fares were adding up. Marina was about 40 mins away - Coffee at breakfast was not great at all. A machine serving very tasteless, tepid coffee - The cups and glasses at breakfast were comically small. - Orange juice at breakfast was occasionally depleted later in the mornings - The room itself was probably due a little refresh at some point in the next year (re-grouting in the bathroom, repainting in the balcony, cleaning the carpet etc) - Ran a bath one night and the water came out orange! They were very quick with sending a handyman though to resolve - The building architecture of the inner courtyard was like an office block in Slough. Not great scenery to look up at when swimming - One reception staff had slightly poor english and it was difficult to get what we needed from them (gave up and asked someone else later) - "City view" from the room was.. poor. Patches of rough land and the motorway. For reference we were on the 1st floor

- We generously received a free upgrade - The suite we were upgraded to was MASSIVE. The biggest hotel room we've ever stayed in - The hotel itself was very nice and spacious. Lobby had the wow factor - The breakfast was ok. Not the worst, not the best, but decent. Lots of selection. The breakfast hall itself was grand - The staff were very attentive and helpful - Nice swimming pool in the courtyard - Well air conditioned - The room was well insulated from any external noise. Air conditioning was silent too - Bathroom was huge

Of course, the only drawback was its distance from the main points of the city. It would be better if the hotel provided a shuttle to go to the mall and the beach. And the hotel did not have a private beach, which would have been a much better stay

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very polite and available and fulfilled the expectations. There were two excellent staff members, their names were Imad and Vinayalal, and they were very respectful and polite and I am grateful to them. I recommend this hotel to stay. Of course, the only drawback was that it was far from the main points of the city, which was not difficult because I had rented a car.

The swimming pool position, it deprives from son shine.

Very comfortable suits: we had everything we need, it was clear and spacious. The stuff did their job perfectly. Although it was February, the swimming pool and jacuzzi worked. Breakfast was also fine, we had a great choice of food. I recommend you to visit the bar in the hotel
