During an evening event, I experienced a less than satisfactory valet parking situation as a guest of the hotel. The event had over 150 cars in attendance and the staff was struggling to efficiently retrieve vehicles for guests. Despite providing ample notice and requesting that my car be ready within a 10-minute timeframe, I was left waiting for 45 minutes, causing me to miss a scheduled meeting. I had to make alternative arrangements as a result. In order to prevent similar issues in the future, I would suggest that event logistics be reviewed and improved upon, particularly given the close proximity of the ballroom to the entrance.

Check-in was easy. We were arrived early at 12:00pm and Shawki was kind enough to accommodate us with a room immediately - even giving us 2 options, as I asked to be close to the lift, due to age of my family member. He also helped us with the internet connection while doing the check-in. My guest wanted this sorted out asap. The room was as expected, clean and convenient. I have been going to this hotel for over 20 years. It has maintained its standards and the staff is well trained and pleasant.

The only problem is there is a separate pool for children. And a bigger pool with swim up bar for adults. The children are allowed in the adults pool. Should not be allowed.

Comfort. Service. Cleanliness. Selection of restaurants. Breakfast is excellent. Great pool & extended beach areas. Plenty of staff in all departments making service unbeatable.

Yusuf and nada at reception took the extra step to make my stay memorable. Almira at the Cafe lobby was also always eager to help (I was in crutches during my stay). Customer service is in the little things, and this hotel's staff surely embodied that. Kudos!

It's not a complaint just a general observation that we checked in at 330pm and the room was still not ready and would not be ready until after 4pm a whole hour after we should have been able to check in. The issue was resolved quickly but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place

Excellent service. There was an issue with the room not being ready which was resolved quickly. All the staff were amazing. Min our server at breakfast made sure my tea didn't stop coming everything was great

My only tiny critique would be that there is no modern option for recharging the phone as for example USB access. I had an adapter so it was ok, but there should be more options I feel nowerdays

It’s our second stay at Beach Rotana and I hope not the last! As the first time, we enjoyed our stay so much! Love the options of restaurant and the pool! We had the “cheapest” room this time and for two it was absolutely enough! Very neatly furnished and a very classy old school hotel! Very clean and nice. Super sweet and helpful staff, outstanding!
