Everything was fine, nice breakfast, good staff, Suja and Kamran made an excellent job of cleaning the room, lift was good. BIG BIG POINT...SWIMMING POOL WAS LOVELY AND WARM. IS IT HEATED ALL YEAR ROUND? IF SO, I'M COMING BACK :)) Easy walk to beach and promenade and local restaurants.

It is exactly a short walk away from the beach. The beach is big and not crowded. It is less windy compared to Kite Beach so a better option for swimming. Hotel also has a small pool.

Recommend.”Room cleaning could be improved, if I used cotton pad it doesn’t mean that your staff should repack vanity box without it, new box is expected. Traces of previous guest could be found (mirrors, floors). Construction of glass screen in shower is made in a manner when water comes to the bathroom floor (when water splashes comes to glass due to small sill at bottom of glass water comes to bathroom floor via this sill instead of shower bottom floor tiles), it easily could be fixed. In overall good but with minor lacks

When we arrived the male receptionist had no record of the upgrade and said there was no sea view available. After remonstrating with him he suddenly found a suitable room! Bad start. We enquired about hiring two electric scooters and were given a price of 18 Dirrahm A DAY. but both receptionists. When we checked out by the night porter he charged us 18 DIRRAHM an hour leaving us with a bill for 72 Dirrahm. In short the reception staff were inept and needs training.
