When I checked in the hotel asked for a deposit of 2000AED and I did until today 29/4/2024 I didn’t receive the deposit back and I called the bank they said from the hotel side not from the bank and I called the hotel until today they are saying it’s not from there side so it was a bad experience for me and I will not ever consider to check in in this property any time soon thank you

Staff wasn't friendly and only allowed us 30 min for check out although I was very sick. And during this time they ranged 3 times and hanged before I answer just to rush the check out.

Everything was very good only the staff was very bad they weren’t friendly or easy to communicate I booked room with veiw and they gives me room without view i tould them to check other they said fully booked then they let me wait more than 2 hours to get that room i told them i can wait but room room with beach veiw after i was so angry they give me the room i want and they apologized

I loved it. The lounge was great, the vibe was awesome! i spent a couple of hours there & the time past really quickly & didn’t have a boring moment. I really enjoyed my time in the spa. it was a well spent time for me. I definitely will recommend if someone is looking for a quiet, relaxing & satisfying time. (but there was an incident that happened that probably ruined it for me, one of the staff wasn’t nice at all!!! she was in the reception area & she’s Filipino!! terrible if i’m being honest. she was the first contact to the spa! She sets the bar!! that was the only reason why i mentioned this incident, because it such a shame that 1 interaction ruins the experience)

to pay attention to the maintenance this is the only thing i was not happy about.

breakfast was great staff food all is good, beach, i was busy i did not have a chance to experience it and hopefully in my next visit.the only thing ,i already complain to the manager is that they have to pay attention to the maintenance, electricity socket was not working,light beside the bed is always on,the connected room was open to the second room and i told him take this as a constructive criticism,but honestly when i complain they immediately take an action and sort out the issues.

The area that the hotel is situated has lots of living pigeons. We checked in and found a dead pigeon on our balcony with lots of bird poo and feathers. We called reception and they said it would be removed on our return from the Spa. We returned and the dead pigeon was still there. This was removed once I complained. Secondly, the hotel rooms above you are able to drop cigarette ash on your head. Our table was full of ash and somebody had dropped food onto our chairs which we were unable to use as it was full of a cream filling from a doughnut. Such a shame for the expense.

Everything is great but there are 2 major flaws in my opinion.
