Perfect location , the connection with the intercontinental hotel and the festival city mall is outstanding. The breakfast at the hotel and the dinner at the intercontinental are so delicious and clean, you can’t get bored from looking at the room view. The hotel team are always smiling and helpful, you get greetings from every team member In the morning and in the evening, the staff are so helpful, the pool staff are always looking for you, best hotel to rest in Dubai.

Spacious Modern rooms with beautiful views over the creek. The breakfast is exceptional and the standard is always at kept at the same level. All staff from check in, breakfast, the pool and the gym was very friendly professional and helpful.

Its my home faraway from home. If I am in Dubai I stay in Crown Plaza, because I feel so comfortable. All the staff is extremly friendly. Thank you so much for this nice hospitality. All of you doing an amazing job with passion and good energy

There was a funny smell in the room (smell of wet carpet)

The air conditioner produced a not so fresh air . Whenever the air conditioner was on , the room smelled like moist wet room . If you don’t turn it on then everything will be ok . Maybe the filter needed to be changed or cleaned

Food was amazing with loads of variety, also one have an option to other 2 other restaurants. Cleaning was top notch , bed made and new bed Wäsche every 2nd day . The pillows were very comfortable

Door and jealousies to the bathroom were not comfortable for us. Small kid was always trying to open the door which can’t be closed and to raise the jealousies and sees what happened inside the barthroom.

Location: beautiful view, a little bit away from all skyscrapers and roads. Clean Staff is very friendly Two buildings: Crowne plaza and InterContinental are joined together, you can use both swimming pools, both gyms etc. Food. Breakfast in Crowne plaza and dinner in InterContinental. Breakfast can have a little more choice but anyway you definitely can find what to eat there. All is freshnesst. Dinner is awesome! Great style of restaurant and excellent choice! Highly recommend! Room is nice with view to the creek Pillows, mattress are super comfortable

1. wifi was very slow 2. No praying mat was available at the room. 3. water was spelling too much from shower head to the floor ( glass barrier must be bigger)

location is perfect attached to festival city mall and opposite to creek. room was big , bed was super comfortable.

It took us almost an hour to check in the room. We arrived at 2:30 pm and they let us go inside around 3:25 pm. The check in time says 3 pm however there was a delay and a long queue in the reception area. Also, we have noticed that they took the drinks and snacks from the fridge while we were outside the room. How come someone can access the room without our consent? Also, what if we want to buy some snacks or drinks from the bar and they are all gone? It doesn’t make sense.

I like the pool it is so clean as well as the room very minimalist
