We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe last time I stayed here was March 2023. It was great as always back then. The thing that ruined the roof top experience now is the insanely big TV screen with loud soccer playing the whole day. I asked about it and they explained it's a permanent thing. The few times I decided to go to the roof I saw literally no one actually watching the tv screen. So not only does it ruin the relaxing vibes it always had up there, it doesn't serve any purpose. I've seen hotels put up screens for specific purposes like a world cup or something. But this was just random. One day when I was just trying to relax I asked the staff to turn off the volume which they did. Since literally no one was watching anyways. I hope if I come back the screen is gone. This also gives more space for more sunbeds (yes that's how big the screen is in the middle of where the sunbeds used to be).
I've stayed here about 5 or 6 times and really love it. I love the roof top pool and just chilling there. The rooms are great and I love the breakfast in the morning. It has a lot of variety. I also love seeing staff from previous years and having a chat with them.

United States of AmericaBari wasnt my favorite person. Not satisfied with her cause I requested a fingerball or wet tissue, but she wasnt be able to serve that with her nice smily face. But other staff helped me for that.
Enjoyed well my 15 days vacation in UAE. Front desk was friendly and very patient with me since I cahnged my room two times. Dinning was excellent. Dilhara(nice smile girl🫣🫣) , Sami (missed your cappcino last days of the stay), Aicha (not looks like sri lankan🙄🙄) and other staff also very helpfull and did there service very well. everything is perfect eventhough I didnt mentioned others names happy about their savings. (Housekeeping girl in 10th floor, trolly boys, vallet parking boys and all others) Thank you and will see on next time too..🙏🏻

I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay. Overall, I had a positive experience. I loved the room! It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I was happy with the quality of the food. The location was convenient, with the metro station only 200 meters away. While the surrounding area is still under construction, it didn't significantly impact my stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

AustriaReservation's poor judgement! I canced my booking earlier than 2 days in advance (nearly 3 days earlier). The regular procedure i happen to be aware of, though a committed reservation, is not to penalize entirely. That is the regular practice in nearly all cases. Though these hotel in the current season has no occupational shortage, they decided to charge me fully, may be selling the room i would stay-in twice. That of course didn't sit well with me as a very experienced traveler. The reply was even worsely composed stating the obvious.
I appreciate all Staff except reservation.

Saudi ArabiaCheck in took quite some time but staff was very friendly. Asked for late check out which was granted but 2 minutes after I reached the room a very unfriendly lady called me and asked for check out before 12 while it was 11.15. She was very rood and this was a bitter aftertaste dispite I was granted check out by 3 pm by the front desk manager.
Breakfast was ok, staff overall was very friendls, food in the pub was ok, overall a good pakage and value for money. Location is very good and central
