To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Saudi ArabiaCheck in took quite some time but staff was very friendly. Asked for late check out which was granted but 2 minutes after I reached the room a very unfriendly lady called me and asked for check out before 12 while it was 11.15. She was very rood and this was a bitter aftertaste dispite I was granted check out by 3 pm by the front desk manager.
Breakfast was ok, staff overall was very friendls, food in the pub was ok, overall a good pakage and value for money. Location is very good and central

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel I think was booked to capacity with most patrons opting for in-house breakfast, however the breakfast area was small and by 8:45-9am it was fully booked with people having to wait a while before seats became available. Breakfast itself was just okay, repetitive.
The location was good since it was only a 10-minute drive from WTC where I was heading to, every morning (but without the crazy crowds on SZR). Quiet location. Not the best view from my room but overall, comfortable.

United Arab EmiratesThe only downside is that it’s very hard to reach the front desk / operator on the phone. I wanted to order wake up call and called 4-5 times, nobody picked up. That’s ok since mine was such a minor request , I just wanted to make sure I wake up in time for my flight. I understand evenings were very busy during my stay , but maybe someone needs urgent help.
Overall a great hotel that I’ll gladly come back to, this is the second time I stayed here and I love it. Great location, staff is always very nice and friendly. We received a call during our stay , they were making sure we have everything we need and told us to dial 0 if we require any assistance. That was a really nice touch.

Had a shocking incident with the night duty reception staff, where the person shouted and was super rude to my 10 yr old niece who had called to check again for the sugar they had requested almost 40 mins back. The person shouted at her and told her not to keep calling (mind you this was the first reminder call after 40 min, and more importantly the sugar never arrived the whole night). Upon complaining the next day, the ops manager did meet me and apologized but for this to happen in a Hilton property was not expected. Even at breakfast, found some of the staff members looking totally flustered. A better trained staff would do this otherwise great property wonders.
Location was near the metro station. Has a couple of convenience stores and a restaurant right opposite. Rooms were well furnished.

ThailandThe pool… definitely not the view from the photo. The shuttle, could be a great benefit for some but it is driving ones or 2 times a day only. AC in our room didn’t work, we were lucky to be in a time where it is not so hot so we could switch off for night. During the date it was freezing cold but we were mostly out of the hotel so not such a big problem as well.
Great staff, they can win for hotel even if nothing else is special. From check in to check out very kind and helpful. Hotel location is not ideas but metro station is right next to it, so it is very convenient to get to modern city as well as old city. Reach breakfast, something for everybody’s taste.
