We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

My stay was exceptional. The staff's positive attitude was particularly noteworthy, I could really tell they were keen to make a lasting impression on the guests, and they succeeded. Nura at the reception deserves special mention for her courteous and attentive service. She accommodated every one of my requests, ensuring I received the exact room I wanted. Every need was met with a smile. I will be staying here again.

Indiaambient smell is fruity; I almost got a vomit sensation every time I entered the hotel. Too far from the city; I had my own car. I guess the hotel is mostly for group tourists who come in large buses as a part of their package. The insane pricing during Eid holidays is not acceptable. A hotel like this cannot be charged such high price even during Eid holidays.
Hotel must have opened in the recent years. Self service laundry was helpful. Breakfast was ok.

OmanI can't think of anything that I didn't like. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
This was my second time staying here and it was as good as the first time. The location is great, not in a crowded, congested area, but at the same time, very close to the highway, so it's easy to get to other places. The food breakfast was good. The staff members were all warm, friendly, and welcoming especially Tina who was very funny and has great energy.

Good breakfast, gast to refill food counters and friendly staff. Everything in this hotel is good.. from reception - I really like the smell. Friendly and accomodating staff specially Tina who's pretty and always smiling and the rest of her team (I foegot their names) even the one cleaning our room is very helpful.
