The whole stay was superior from owner hospitality to location and appartment Clean appartment, well furnitured , all facilities and amenities inside towels , tea , sugar , coffee, washing materials , welcome drinks and sweets plus a prime location every thing around. Mr Mohammed the owner is very helpful and he always there to help and welcome you

The apt had everything you’d need for a family with young kids, spacious rooms, 2 toilets with bath, kitchen with all appliances! 2 mins walk from a supermart! The host Mohammed is an amazing person, kept checking on us if we needed anything throughout our stay was more than happy to provide us early check in and late checkout! From mart to eateries everything is available nearby. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay there again in my future visits

I basically liked everything about it. almost everything was avaliable in it .. drinking water, shampoo, tissue boxes, some coffe & tea ….etc. the staff Mr Mohammed was very nice and very helpful. He gets 5 stars for all he’s done.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was awesome,the apartment was spotless, Huge and lovely. Everything you can think you can find it there, dishes Pan plates, water,tea coffee, tissue..all. Mohamed was so helpful and so welcoming. The place is very close to the energetic places like Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, miracle garden, Dubai Autodrome and so many. We will be back again

Super nice host Muhamed! He was so kind to pick us up from the bus station, and shared a lot of information about Dubai city. We also visited an indian food restaurant near the apartment with yammy food and nice waitress.

Everything thing was awesome and fantastic. The appartment was very nice and very comfortable place. The location and area was wonderful. The owner was very nice person and friendly and helpful. That made my journey a very comfortable and enjoyable. For sure in my next visit will book it again.

some cleaning issues, dust on the bed lamps, furniture, stains on the bed overlays, fugues in the bathroom need to be changed. Noise from the construction site nearby (of course not an owner fault).

a very specious flat with 2 balconies, a water dispenser, a private underground parking, silence in the building, well equipped kitchen, close to the highway (but won't hear it at all), very good conection with Dubai by car, concierge on the groundfloor, a small supermarket in the same building, a pharmacy and 3 restaurants nearby. The most important is that the owner is very helpful and available always <30 min or by phone when something happens. One day the lock broke in the doors, we couldn't get out. He came in 25 min and saved our day!

Lovely place, close to everything that a family could need for a great break in Dubai. Communication with Muhammed was perfect, he replied very quickly and was very very helpful. With a reserved underground parking spot .. what more could someone want? We'll be back!

The Property was value for money and it had all amenities for a family. The rooms were really large and were clean. There were enough shops and medical stores close by. The host was really helpful and he stayed late to welcome our arrival.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. Very comfortable, great location, several groceries. We didn't know there is Dubai Autodrome nearby. We had fantastic stay. Thanks to Booking and Mohamed. 10/10
