The location of the hotel is perfect; walking distance to Dubai Creek, Old Suk and Al Fahidi old district with lots of great eateries and bakeries all around. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with good spacious rooms. The cleaning staff is exceptional: quick, super efficient, discreet and very helpful. During my stay unfortunately I got sick with an infection; the hotel staff looked after me like I was a family member: Jotti (customer relations representative) came personally to my room to see me and make sure all my needs were covered, and the hotel manager gave us a late check out. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I asked for a quiet room, so I was given one not facing the street and there was absolutely no noise from the outside. Unfortunately, some clients at the hotel are quite noisy, so there can be some noise from the corridors, especially in the morning (7 - 9 am) and late in the evening (9 -10 pm). The room is quite dim at night and needs a light bulb at the center. There needs to be a little more choice in terms of TV channels.

Great location, very close to Ghubaiba bus and metro station, Meena Bazar and Al Fahidi heritage area. Many restaurant options and shops around (mainly south asian). The personnel is very cooperative and helpful, especially Jyoleet (I hope I'm spelling it right), the lady at the reception, which was also present at the restaurant during breakfast, and Mohammad and Ahmad, the waiters at the restaurant during breakfast. I asked for a a late check out, and Miss Jyoleet did her best, so I kept my room till 4 pm. The rooms are cleaned everyday, with free water bottles and tea bags provided daily and there's a kettle in the room. There's a big hall in the reception area with lots of seating, where you can relax and meet people. You can also leave your luggage with the security at the reception area, if you arrive early or leave late. Also, free parking is a plus as this part of town is rather busy during daytime. The breakfast buffet is good and varied and you can have your breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30.

The room for 4 pax were not sufficiently spacious. I ordered 1 double bed and 2 single beds and I got 2 double beds. The table was very small and there were only 2 sofa for 4 pax. There wasn't enough lightning. The room was dark and need more lamps. There were only 2 glasses and practically no plates, spoons and forks. I wish there will be more improvement in the coming future for more comfort of the clients.

Some guests were making too much noise along the floor/corridor, not minding other paying guests and not respecting hotel policies hence; guests must not disturb the stay or peace of others. Thus all guests have the same rights to Not be overly disturbed by others.

Location perfect! In the centre and close to key places. As usual, our friend JOHN and the other porters (forgotten their names but the one who wears glasses & the other friendly looking one who helped us to our room after check in) were tremendously helpful. JOHN was always there for us. He is amazing, friendly and hardworking. The lady at the reception was very welcoming, courteous and friendly as well. The Executive Guest Relation Manager JYOTII was very professional at her job. She constantly checked on us, our well being and needs. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. BASANTA, the room attendant was also very helpful, understanding and well mannered. A true gentleman. In general we were very well treated!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Everything - except getting there via cab from the airport got a little busy in the electric shop neighborhood. I got an amazing room (huge!) and slept well ! Then the gym was great & the buffet breaki awesome with stellar travel tips from a delightful Jyoti. A perfect launch into this most impressive city.

We very much enjoyed the nice rooftop pool as well as the location close to the creek. Super friendly staff - many languages spoken, even german;-). Free shaded parking in the basement.

We’ve received room cleaning from the third day .we stayed for 6 nights 5th night he came didn’t remove dirty bowls, glasses that we had.WiFi would be connected but not Working. 2 times we went to the pool was closed as per him there is lightning but was completely sunny.

Some parts of the room were not clean and a few fruit flies but for the value-for-money scale this did not bother me too much, especially with all the good parts.

The location was great, Staff were amazing!!! We had bags that were missing and they helped us get in touch with the airport to arrange for them to be delivered to the hotel and looked after while we went to Abu Dhabi, on return they had our lost luggage there with no issues. We stayed at the hotel for around 4 days of our trip and there are loads of things in the area to discover with easy access to food shops. The reception and security staff all went above and beyond with our requests. Joyti also checked in with us to ensure we had a good stay. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The regulation of the aircondition was limited, the fan was either on or off, subtle regulation was impossible. It was not a dissaster, but it could be better. Once or twice I had to stand up in the midle of the night and turn the fan on or off. Gluten free bread for breakfast would be appriciated, but I noticed that the avalability og gluten free diet and knowledge about coeliac dissease in the UAE is not on the same level as it is in Europe.

This time It was already my 3rd visit to Dubai and I chose this hotel becasuse of its situation close to Dubai Creek and the hostorical center with its famous markets. The conditions for cancellation (if needend) before arrival were also generous. The situation is excellent, close to the metro station Al Ghubaiba and the bus terminal of the same name. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room, it was really large, I cant remember I had had such a large hotel room before. Everything was clean, the room service did a good job. The staff was nice and helpfull, especially the main manager Jyoti, a young lady, obviously very busy making the stay as pleasant as possible for every guests. She asked me about my needs several times a day and she was really willing to help. The berakfast was good, gluten free bread was not available but it was compensated by wide choice of other food. Wi-fi conncetion was fast and stable. It took only about 30 minutes by bus to get to good beaches.
