To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The representative lady extremely good , cooperative, always guiding.1st I was afraid but after staying an hour found safe. Because I stay 1st time in my life in such accommodation. I was there in Dubai for 25 years , never stayed in multi sharing room like this. However at the end I feel safe and secure. Recommended for other with minimum budget. I request them to have tea bags in kitchen even its chargeable.

Russiait was simply impossible to find the bulding. I spent about two hours looking for it. Nobody know the name of the bulding - one shows one way, another shows the other way. they should write the exact location how to find it.

An African women open the apartment door for me , doesn't speak Arabic but speak little inglish, after I saw the room ,asked her the owner or the manager phone number she gave me her number which already in booking then she said no number, contact booking. I just left the place. To find another hotel.

PakistanIt's was worst ever stay Having 6 beds in one room. 3 bunks 3 down. Small kitchen small bath. Seems like they using this space illegally and put it on booking.com. Very unhygienic. I was on bunk just stayed one hour, someone from down bed was coughing continuously. Eyes started irretating. I moved out and booked a regular hotel don't want play with my health. I never recommend this to any traveller at all.
Very un hygiene. Smells every where.

United KingdomThe accommodation was full of Cockroach 🪳 kitchen/ room/ bathroom and balcony. Awful experience from Dubai for this price. We just stayed because the accommodation was non refundable.
