Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the majority of the staff were absolutely fabulous, there were a couple of instances that impacted our experience negatively. Firstly, I must mention that the lady at the receptionist desk was not as friendly as we had hoped. It was disappointing to receive a less-than-welcoming greeting upon our arrival. Additionally, one morning during breakfast, the understaffing issue became apparent. There was only one staff member behind the counter handling the eggs, resulting in significant congestion and delays. Despite the obvious strain on this individual, the management team seemed oblivious to the situation, leaving them to manage alone without offering assistance. It was stressful to witness, and I can only imagine how overwhelming it must have been for that staff member. While these incidents were disappointing, the rest of the staff's professionalism and friendliness helped mitigate the impact. Nonetheless, I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a smoother experience for both guests and staff in the future.
Our stay at the hotel was truly impeccable. The majority of the staff were not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful, enhancing our experience with their warmth and attentiveness. The hotel's amenities were exceptional, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially for its convenient location near downtown and the train station. This proximity made exploring the city incredibly convenient for us. Additionally, the room we stayed in was spacious and luxurious, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. One highlight of our stay was the extraordinary breakfast offered by the hotel. The spread covered a variety of cuisines and featured a wide array of dishes, catering to different tastes and preferences. It was truly a delightful culinary experience that we looked forward to each morning. Overall, our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from the friendly staff to the exceptional amenities and delightful breakfast. We would gladly return for another stay in the future.

We divided our Dubai vacation into two to make it economical and stayed at this hotel for the first three days. We wish we had always stayed here. It is much better than other expensive hotels with the spaciousness of the rooms, cleanliness and breakfast quality.

The breakfast did not cover a wide range of tastes. has limited options for the main course. Also, they don't offer gluten-free food for some people who are allergic to gluten and lactose. Hope I can see this in the future.

Everything was beyond perfect, just wanted to make one tiny suggestion for the hotel management - house cleaning should turn on all taps in the bathroom including showers every time they clean the room. That way the plumbing will more get rust accumulation. I did experience a really small burst of yellow water from the bathtub shower. Which I already knew would just be rust and it cleaned up really really well
Everything. From the moment you walk into this hotel, you better be ready for a 5 star experience. From the staff, to the breakfast, to the "here's a fruit basket for you, compliments of the hotel, enjoy your stay". The executive suite was just fabulous, and the pictures don't do just to the actual room. Big, fully automated, excellent air con, ultra clean, probably the best and most clean bed linen/ towels I have ever come across.

The advertised shuttles to Kite Beach and the Mall of the Emirates had a very limited timetable. Easier to use the Metro for the Mall.
Ideal location for access to the Metro, to go either to the old town or the Marina area. One stop to the Mall of The Emirates. Quality and extensive breakfast buffet and although the hotel seemed busy, there was never a wait for a table. The 'themed' evening meal buffets were excellent in choice and value. Good size pool on top floor.
