Having been to plenty of top top hotels around the world and esp in Dubai, have to say this was one of the best experiences! From letting us check in early morning after a long overnight flight to the absolutely sumptuous breakfast full of fresh items and live stations was magnificent! They even changed the items daily with even better ones which was incredible. The chefs made special eggs as per our request. The breakfast area main restaurant is beautiful with green and combo of water bodies with lovely fishes! Usually the indoor pools are stuffy but this indoor pool is stunning with daylight pouring in from all sides but the AC keeping us all cool in the extreme heat. The gym, jacuzzi and changing rooms are top level. The outdoor pools are huge and with nice landscaping but didn’t try them due to the heat. There is a 4Dx cinema literally 3-4 mins walk from the hotel where you can catch movies. The airport is 12 mins drive. Downtown around 15 mins. Location is pretty central.

The Grand Hyatt family room was very spacious and clean . The Housekeeping team did an excellent job, they come to clean the room everyday and provide complimentary water as well. They make the room clean and fresh like its the first day of getting there. The room service are always at hand to help as well. The staff meet you at the door and call the next taxi waiting in line for you All very professional staffs , big hotel, good restaurant options and central to most of the places we visited as it is usually under 30 mins

The waiters at the pool restaurant were a bit hard to reach to make take orders. I hope you could find a way to be able to call them faster.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, great view overlooking the pools and gardens with a great panoramic view of the creek. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and choices. Overall great hotel and hardworking staff. Well done.

It's our first time here and we stayed here for 3days and all I can say is the service in this hotel is phenomenal. I mean from the moment we came until the time we check out. All the staff are very accommodating. From the concierge, to Mariam in the FO who did our checked-in, to Violet in the phone operator, the staff in the breakfast hall and even the staff in WOX restaurant. All of them serve us with a smile and accommodate us with joy even during the busy hours. Best hotel I have stayed in Dubai so far.

room is not soundproof, I expected it to be automatic from grand hyatt, I'm not expecting it from other cheaper hotel. I hear a lot of not sure if it's noise or working sounds considering I'm in the first room after the elevator and eletrical or mechanical room

Nothing, the Roli Poli kids club so more aimed at younger kids. My 7 and 9 year old Loved it in day one bur then mentioned it gets a little boring. I can imagine it’s great for younger kids. The kids enjoyed getting a buggy there and the gentleman who drove us was so lovely.

Customer service, clean, amazing food,location. We were going to reconsider when we realised our favourite pool is closed due to renovation but so glad we didn’t. They still have three amazing pools, no inconvenience at all with the works. We can’t wait for there being a amazing water park when we visit here next. If you have young children this is an amazing choice

Val parking was late, I have asked from concierge to pick my bags , they never came and never prepared my car. I had to go down with my bags and wait for my car for some time

Loved the restaurant, location abd the service. Fadibat checkin was amazing and made sure am getting into the room on time no delays at all and he also made sure to do the best for my special occasion. Mahmoud at check was brilliant. Love the cleanliness and the ambience of the hotel

At the time of booking I requested a room in a higher level but was not accommodated. This was a minor setback to all the other wonderful facilities that was available.

Comfortable rooms to relax after spending out in the hot sun was extremely rewarding. From the entrance to the housekeeping the staff were courteous, friendly and attentive which I find the core values for success.

Grand Hyatt Hotel Dubai is One of the best hotel in dubai uae, is highly recommended, we are greeted by the receptionist clerk Mr. Mohammed, He was very friendly and professional, the service experience with him was excellent to the highest level, i would like to thank mr. Mohammed for upgrading our room with amazing view of skyline and giving us complementary dinner, And i would like to thanks Mr. Krishna Household manager and to the household staff’s for arranging a birthday surprise in our room, we get surprise when we enter our room with rose petals in our bed with a birthday greeting for my dear husband and son, they really love it, the complementary birthday cake is delicious, We also enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet, food is delicious and well presented special thanks to the all chefs, the restaurant vibe is amazing, with the beautiful ambience of indoor garden, the service of the all staff’s is to the highest level, special mention to Ms. Lucy, Lanie, Bipin, Kajal, Nadeer and karan, at the market cafe thanks guys for assisting us, we feel extra special because of your amazing service to all the your guests , it was an amazing And Memorable stay at grand hyatt hotel dubai uae, the indoor pool is amazing.
