To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Very professional and friendly staff; we got an upgrade upon check in, early check in and late check out, because we had a late flight from Dubai. Hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious, with a very big bathroom. Very clean and big pool with the beautiful view. Very good breakfast, changing daily; excellent coffee.

New ZealandOne suggestion, you should probably explain to new visitors how the room cooling system works. We did not realise initially that the system only cooled and did not heat. Once this was explained we were able to warm the room up to our preferred temperature by temporarily turning off the cooling system. It also be helpful if the free shuttle to the dubai mall went and came more frequently.
The staff were amazing. Really helpful and friendly. The staff were really happy and made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was really spacious and clean. Really tasty breakfast buffet.

The Asia Asia restaurant is a must try for dinner or even a casual drink. There are pool towels each day for use, which was super handy. We are already planning another trip to Dubai and will definitely be staying here again. The location is fantastic!!

Saudi ArabiaThere wasn’t much we don’t like about the hotel but the breakfast had limited choices and buffet is small compared with other 5 star hotels and the number of guests at the hotel.
Our stay at Grand Millennium Business Bay was fabulous because the hotel staffs were super friendly and welcoming at all times. A very big thank to Alzahmal as she checked us in and out very quickly and she was very kind and helpful. We like about the hotel: 1- Staffs positive attitude. 2- Very nice lobby. 3- Cleaning superb. 4- Room was very nice.

CanadaWe didn't have a car so getting around without using a taxi was a problem. The walk to the subway was 45 min and only 2 shuttles a day to the Dubai Mall. The buffet breakfast was good, not great, because there wasn't much change from day to day.
The room was very modern and met our needs. The hotel overall was beautifully furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk and in the Club lounge. The staff were very accommodating to us given we arrived early morning and our departing shuttle to the airport wasn't until the evening. We enjoyed using the Club lounge. The hotel backs onto Business Bay so having water close was nice. The pool was very nice but not really suited for kids.
