I just did not recognise before the trip, that the hotel does not have its own beach, honestly I thought I could use La Mer beach, but it was partially under reconstruction and one part is not equipped at all.. anyway the hotel proposes to use the beach from the next hotel (which I did not like a lot), but couple of times I took a taxi and went to Nikki beach club (that is wonderful 😍).

I liked this hotel a lot, especially my view was amazing (city view) and the breakfast is fantastic! Breakfast is A-la card and all what I taken was tasty! Rooms are clean, cleaning was every day, and accommodation is good (except the hair dryer). Location is also good, plenty of restaurants and a big supermarket is around.

Housekeeping works at 6pm for some reason. So, if you’re thinking or taking a Power Nap after a long day at work at 6:30pm before going out, forget about it at this hotel. They’re so loud and noisy too.

The water in the shower did not go away, was about 1sm deep in the end. Considering that it's a true walk in shower ( you have to go through the shower to reach the bathtube and towel racks), it was very unpleasant. The staff in the restaurant is surprisingly annoying and ignorant to the fact that the guest is talking on the phone. In the last 5 minutes at breakfast I was asked 3 times by three different people if I needed anything else (each time I said no) and then when I paid, the waiter very loudly asked if I needed a receipt, obviously considering this question more important than the (truly important) conversation that I was having on the phone. The dominating sea docks view with large ocean ships and cranes gives this industrial vibe which is fine for a short stay like mine, but may be disappointing for someone on a long vacation.

The room (suit) was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a great view from 2 windows on the sea and the sea docks, and on the city skyline from the 3rd window. The sea in the morning is nice and clean (not so much in the evening though). Beautiful sunrise. Excellent Swedish massage in the massage room.

Unfortunately location is not as good as it used to be since La Mer village has been closed for a year and if I knew beforehand I wouldn’t booked here. The pool is tiny and at best there are 10-12 sunbathing chairs and always occupied and the pool only gets the sun in the morning.

To be honest, some staff doesn't really understand what you need, and maybe due to shifts, they forget your requests sometimes... It was a very LONG check-out process, I waited at least 10 mins for the staff to figure out how my deposit was held and they somehow held my deposit for more than a month even though they mentioned it was clear during check-out (apparently they forgot to defrost it...) I had to write mutilple emails after I return to NL...

Nice location, room is spacial with a very nice balcony with a nice view. Huge comfy bed and enough mirrors (for me and my friends to do make-ups at the same time :p), quite ok value for money, there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby - Perfect for 2 girls' trip :)

I stayed there for my fiancés birthday. the room they equipped us with was immaculate. Absolute gem of staff for setting everything up. I cannot express my gratitude enough for management and staff for an amazing weekend.
