Breakfast needs variety. We wanted to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and they wanted to charge us for a knife and plates which was very disappointing.

The staff. Not all of them, one in particular. The manager. She was unprofessional in handling customers issues. I came to check in and due to an issue with bank my card wasn’t accepted in the hotel only. However I used the card around Dubai and it was working just fine. I tried to figure out how to solve the check in problem by asking the manager to use the card details that I provide earlier in the Booking site to charge the money and it did not work. Her respond was I am suspicious of you, although she was carrying my passport and the details in Booking matching the details in the passport. I didn’t want to make a scene back then, so i left trying to find a temporary solution, which is by the way her job to suggest or help me to find one. After a few hours of thinking and trying to solve the card issues, I decided to pay for one night cash, and pay the rest when i get the cash. So i did. After that i went to reception asking for someone to file a claim against the manager but all i have is just to talk to another (forgot her name) and all she said i will talk to her, but never received any reply from her. And not been compensated for the three hours I lost trying to come up with the solution instead of been attending FESPA expo which is the main reason i was in Dubai for three days.

The property is by the canal, which is good if you love walking. The whole atmosphere is fascinating and super clean. The room I stayed in was spacious and it has a large balcony. The food although it is expensive, it is delicious and taste good. However, I don’t recommend buying any drink under the coffee category, because the coffee beans they use is so bad, as well as food from Pure. Which is a small shop opposite the Cello.

Nothing TBH . The only thing I can say is providing take away cups on cleo resturent during breakfast

I booked 9 night all access suite with burj / canal view and found it very spectacular . The suite was specious , clean and equipped very well . Highly recommended if you looking for nice view with area less crowded than downtown . Overall the hotel met my family expectations and the kids enjoyed every moment in there .

Fabulous design, great balcony views. Love the location on the Business Bay Canal, because you have lots to do around you within walking distance, including nice restaurants, convenience stores, a canal walk plus you also get a great view of the Burj Khalifa. Loved the speakeasy bar. Adele at hotel reception is the best, so great and gave the nicest welcome.
