Fabulous design, great balcony views. Love the location on the Business Bay Canal, because you have lots to do around you within walking distance, including nice restaurants, convenience stores, a canal walk plus you also get a great view of the Burj Khalifa. Loved the speakeasy bar. Adele at hotel reception is the best, so great and gave the nicest welcome.

I love the location, staff were friendly, l love the interior and decor of the hotel. I will recommend the hotel to friends and family. I Really liked the the tub and shower setup combination, different but veryvnice. The Views of the canal and Dubai city, from the hotel were magnificent. The Balcony size was perfect, Large The convience store was great being next door to the hotel 🏨 ,Wonderful. We had a drink at the bar which was very nice. They brought us Nuts, which were very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Next time we will stay longer. Thanks Patricia Chandler Williams

In room television should be upgrade to smart tv and breakfast menu could be more varieties.

Super friendly staff since we came to the hotel, from security,vallet team, reception, house keeping team specially Mr.Sarooj and hamza, restaurant team, all of them amazing. The room is super clean and spacious and the view is fantastic toward dubai canal, balcony is my favorite place to relax and have a cup of coffee.

I really liked the room that i satyed in, its all i can wish for. In day and nights there is such a wonderful view. The location was good. The service was so nice and the employees are so so kind. It was a great holiday for us we enjoyed every bit of it. 10/10

Swimming pool, due to its location, does not get much sun. Generally, hotel somewhat lacks character.

There was a lot of construction noise outside the room, you couldn’t spend much time on the balcony because of it

The view of the city is stunning, especially from the upper floors. They have a well equipped gym and a pool with pleasantly warm water. The service is top notch with great attention to detail: who would have thought of putting slippers next to my bed & placing a glass of water on the nightstand in the evening so that it’s there in the morning when I wake up. The hotel design is very modern and fresh.

Only downside of the hotel is that the sun doesn’t really shine over the poll and loungers. I enquired about early check in before we went and they gave me a price but we couldn’t book it. On arrival they said none of the style of room we booked was available for early check in so only way we could do an early check in was by upgrading our room. We did but over the days we were there the hotel wasn’t that busy so it made me think it’s more of a upselling tactic.

Smart looking property in down town. Rooms are very nice and so re the staff. Cleo restaurant has some amazing food.

The front desk staff need more training, staff walking in and out of side doors not acknowledging customers waiting at front desk, I also did not like when the staff member on check out kept arguing with me that I had to pay tourism tax, when I showed him the booking made with booking.com included all charges and taxes he would not listen. this ruined my stay. I have booked the hotel again and have taken full copy of receipt,

The staff at breakfast and breakfast was great, nice room, all was ok the location of the hotel is good for business travel, the pool area is nice but be quick as there are limited number of beds.
